Abrio: Luxury Living
The doors to the Spaces event at the Makati Shangri-la opened to an entryway to another world; certainly not one you would expect to find in a congested city like Makati. Lining the entrance were tall grasses and plants that lead to an astounding façade of emergent walls from the ground up, aptly providing the passage way for guests. This symbolizes the radial wall of Abrio, a grand entrance for the first-ever selling event of this new development from Ayala Land Premier (ALP).
Architect Dan Lichauco, one of the designers involved in the project, reiterated the ideals of Abrio with an extraordinary design for the development's entrance. Entering Abrio, one would be greeted by a series of ascending, radially-designed walls that seem to last forever. The design was meant to guard the community without giving off a feeling of restriction. And it is through this event that the radial wall is first unveiled, through a grand display that not just depicts the project entrance, but the overall design ideals of Abrio as well.

The entire affair thus seemingly represented new doors opening at this future community, where exclusivity comes with a level of privacy and space never seen before. And Ayala Land Premier fully understands the importance of this, attested by their consistent achievements in various developments under the brand. Forbes Park Village in fact, the first among the posh Ayala villages, is one such testament to this ideal. It has firmly established itself as the residence of choice for those who value privacy, security and a lot of open space. Now 58 years later, ALP launches Abrio as the crown jewel of Nuvali in Canlubang with a greater promise.
This 70-hectare sprawl of land is located within Nuvali, a 21st century city in the south. Abrio delivers total exclusivity to its residents, with lot cuts averaging about 900 square meters each, and the main roads almost as wide as Ayala Avenue's.
In addition, thrust of sustainability within the community assures the foundation of a healthier and environmentally-responsible lifestyle in Abrio. Fifty percent of the total land area will be dedicated to free open space for the residents' use. Future residents are encouraged to bike, walk and appreciate the greenery surrounding them through dedicated bike paths and walkways. There are also amenities to enjoy at one's leisure, including the classic park, clubhouse, multi-purpose hall, fitness gym, covered multi-purpose court and natural playground.
Guests enjoyed cocktails as they looked around the grand display of the event.
With all that the project offers, Abrio can well be considered as the next ultimate exclusive, prestigious residential community in the country. Indeed, it is luxurious living at its finest.
