Alegria Hills, following the Spanish word "Alegria" that stands for joy and merriment, is a 53-hectare high-end residential subdivision project. Alegria Hills' architectural theme coherently follows the organic architecture of organic buildings showing wavy lines and curved shapes that would suggest natural forms.

Some designs may be inspired with plant-like shapes, cantilever trusses and a lot of swooping arches with invisible beams and pillars, suggesting spacious corners. Other unique house-designs may also feature steep pitched roofs with flared eaves.

One of the inspirations for this project was Frank Lloyd Wright's belief that "beautifully designed buildings make a difference in people's lives," which perfectly coincides with Ayala Land's vision for this particular project: building a community that provides all the best things.
