Ayala Land Premier launches new housing subdivision in Nuvali
The high-end unit of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) is spending P1.6 billion to develop its fourth residential project in NUVALI – ALI’s first and largest eco-sustainable community which is expected to generate P5 billion in revenues from lot reservation and sales after its recent launch.
According to Ayala Land Premier (ALP) head Jose Juan Jugo, the 72-hectare Elaro will be located right next to Nuvali's 14 hectare wildlife and bird sanctuary, which is home to 136 bird species. " With this, ALP continues to make very conscious efforts to ensure that the residential concept will contribute in the maintenance of the birds' natural habitat," says Jugo.
ALP will sell a total of 451 lots in Elaro ranging from 600 square meters to 1,400 square meters per lot. Initially, 140 lots will be released to the market starting at P12,400 per square meter to P21,000 per square meter.
Following the success of ALP's southern developments Ayala Westgrove Heights, Abrio, Montecito, and Santierra, Elaro is a project set to harmonize nature and urban convenienve. "In our goal to build the first natural sanctuary for family and nature within Nuvali, Elaro will bring a healthy outdoor living experience to its prospective residents," adds Jugo.
Being strategically located in Nuvali, Elaro is situated near prominent educational institutions, commercial centers, and recreational zones, making the country's most prominent schools, shopping outlets, dining and leisure destinations close to the development.
Elaro will be ideal for those who value quality family time and find enjoyment, tranquility, and relaxation amid the surrounding lush environment. Aside from providing prospective residents picturesque views of Tagaytay Ridge and Mount Makiling, Elaro allows families to take pleasure in serene living spaces and a wide array of outdoor amenities that are designed to complement the natural features of the terrain.
The 3-hectare amenity core features the village clubhouse, main park, and the multi-purpose courts. There will be a social hall, a fitness area, as well as lap, kiddie and lounge pools. Parks and playgrounds will house a multi-purpose field, a campsite, picnic areas, and man-made ponds.
Elaro is an exclusive 72-hectare residential development of Ayala Land Premier in Canlubang, Laguna. A natural sanctuary for family and nature, Elaro is ALP's fourth development in Nuvali.
