Ayala Land rises above the rest with 1016 Residences
Known for its exuberant celebrations and colorful festivals, Cebu has one more reason to celebrate as Ayala Land Premier (ALP) presents its signature residential development at the heart of the Queen City of the South: 1016 Residences.
The newly launched development emphasizes its proximity to a variety of retail, dining, shopping, and recreational amenities, as it is located at the heart of Cebu's Central Business District. 1016 Residences affords the opportunity to live right in the seat of urban luxury in the South, as residents of the premier development will enjoy usage rights to the City Sports Club Cebu (CSCC), as well as easy access to the city's retail and entertainment hub, courtesy of the Ayala Center.
The prime location of the building will of course be complemented by its design and architecture, which will take advantage of open spaces and landscaped views. 1016 Residences will only have 109 units on 24 floors; each of the well-planned 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units will feature premium finishes and workmanship.
Paying tribute to the design concept envisioned by the development, 1016 Residences recently hosted an event that celebrates the city's inherent creativity.
Among the esteemed guests invited to the exclusive event were prominent Cebuanos Butch Carungay, who is recognized as the brains for marketing, finance, and creativity behind Avatar Accessories Incorporated; Cary Santiago, known in the industry as the creative force behind Dubai and Beirut's couture houses; Kimsoy Yap, whose art has been lauded around the world for blending Western influences with a distinctly Filipino character; international award-winning artist Romulo Galicano; and Joanna Maitland-Smith Lhuiller, whose intricate creations have defined high Cebuano style.
"As they are renowned global talents, we felt it was a good way to honor their accomplishments and dovetail the launch of this signature project by recognizing their contributions to the global fashion and art scene," shares Bobby Dy, Head of Ayala Land's Residential Business Group. "Being a dynamic regional hub, we wanted to represent the city through the accomplishments of these talented individuals. We wanted to celebrate the world-class lifestyle as a way of life one can expect from 1016 Residences," ends Dy.
