Together with partner establishments from Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Ayala Land Premier (ALP) presents the third series of “A Cut Above the Rest,” a string of intimate events that gives guests a first-hand experience of how it is to live in One Serendra and in the home of passionate minds.
Entitled "Flavours and Outdoors," guests were invited to sample the delectable treats from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (CBTL) and Recreation Outdoor eXchange Philippines (R.O.X.), in a one-of-a -kind interactive gathering. Participants were able to try out two of CBTL's newest single-serve beverage system devices: Contata and Kaldi. Along with the various beverage capsules that come with it, such as Italian expresso, CBTL house brew coffee, and Morrocan mint tea.
R.O.X. demonstrated tips on how to pack like a pro. After which, the premier outdoor sports hub led the group to the R.O.X Packing Challenge, where participants under time pressure had to fit in as many clothes as they can inside an Eagle Creek packing cube. Winners received a limited-edition R.O.X. T-shirt and an Eagle Creek travel cube.
Guests were able to view One Serendra's lush greeneries and country club-like amenities. According to Leya Moya, the head of residential buildings of Ayala Land Premier, more than half a hectare of the development will be dedicated to fitness and wellness facilities. This includes an exclusive spa designed by renowned architect and interior designer Conrad Onglao, as well as multiple pools, gyms, a yoga/Pilates area, basketball and badminton courts, and a putting green. Residents can relax and be one with nature in the gardens, or read their favorite book in the gazebo, just beside the koi pond. Hosting parties is a breeze as multiple social venues are available to host events of various sizes.
Outside the exclusive enclave, One Serendra residents can also enjoy today's newest lifestyle hubs such as Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and R.O.X., as the Shops at Serendra and Bonifacio High Street are just a few steps away from their home.
These unique features and amenities make this garden community a rare development. As BGC is emerging as the country's newest central business district, real estate prices in the area have already started to increase. Developers say that the concept behind One Serendra will be impossible to replicate in future projects, making this project the last of its kind.
