Ayala Land Premier alongside partner establishments from Bonifacio Global City (BGC) recently hosted a sweet and creative way for kids and parents to bond. The second in a series of exclusive events, Hobbes & Landes together with Teacher Joy from Pumpkin Beads, invited guests to an interactive day of arts and crafts. Kids were gathered to bring their imagination to life as they sculpted their favorite cartoon characters using polymer clay and dipped their hands in some sugary colors and textures as they decorated donuts from Krispy Kreme.

While the children enjoyed this unique afternoon activity, their parents were given the chance to tour the model units. "With the launch of the West Tower, the second and final high-rise condominium of One Serendra, homebuyers and investors can now get a glimpse of what this unique development promises to achieve - a gracious suburban community living in the emerging Bonifacio Global City Central Business District," says Leya Moya, head, residential buildings of Ayala Land Premier. Each unit presents either a view of the city or the lush gardens of One Serendra as seen through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and the private balconies that provide an abundance of natural light and ventilation into the homes. Apart from this, unit finishes such as the engineered oak and stone floors, homogenous tiles in the bathrooms, granite countertops, unit fixtures from Kohler or Grohe, Blum pull-out drawers in main kitchens are just some of the carefully appointed features of the units.

The five-hectare integrated development is intricately master-planned to cater to the residents' passions by offering a community enveloped with landscaped greenery. Children from one to six years old can enjoy playing at various themed play areas at Palm and Jasmine and by next year, at a treehouse-themed play area at the East Tower. On the other hand, kids over six years old have their own orchard, secret garden and maze and outdoor water playground; while teenagers can enjoy a weekend of arcade games with their friends at the Palm game room.

Parents also have a reason to pursue their passion for health and play through the amenities at One Serendra. "It will be very difficult to replicate this kind of project considering the dramatic rise in property values in the country's choice central business districts," Moya explains. "In fact, after its completion, it will be virtually impossible to have another huge integrated residential project such as Serendra. At least, not in the next years to come."
