The 1016 Residences iPad App is remarkably designed to showcase the distinct features of 1016 Residences such as its well-designed living spaces and exclusivity. As ALP's pioneering high-rise property in the Queen City of the South, 1016 Residences has remarkable features that banners Ayala Land's legacy of bringing an unrivaled living experience.

"The 1016 App will serve as a virtual brochure presenting the promises of 1016 Residences as a residential enclave in the Cebu Park District (CPD)," Eunice Acejo, Ayala Land Premier Marketing Head.

Notably, CPD is the fusion of Cebu Business Park and Cebu IT Park, which marks Ayala Land's major effort to bridge the best elements of Cebu's leading growth centers to come up with an integrated, mixed-use area. "And given the location of 1016 Residences, the future residents of the property can have access to the urban promise that CPD has to offer," adds May Rodriguez, 1016 Project Development Manager.
The 1016 Residences iPad App allows viewing of the various perspectives of the dazzling Cebu landscapes-from the urban skyline to the sea and mountains, which future residents can enjoy from select units.

It also offers an innovative feature that will give users a virtual tour of the 1016 Residences' model unit to give them a glimpse of the property's interiors.
"Layouts and artist's rendition of all the different unit types, amenities as well as the floor plans are included in the app. Through this, users will have an idea of how the unit finishes, fixtures and parking slots will be laid out," explains Rodriguez.
Requiring at least iOS 3.2, the 1016 App is designed and compatible with the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, and is now available for download on iTunes.

To date, ALP first introduced this innovative effort with Park Terraces App-the first real estate app in the country displaying the facets of the development in Ayala Center, which is largely known for being a microcosm of Makati Central Business District (MCBD).
