Referees of the highly anticipated 2018 FIFA World Cup will be equipped with a special smartwatch: the Hublot Big Bang Referee 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia, available in only 2,018 pieces.

Each watch is endowed with goal-line technology, an electronic video assistance system that follows the ball’s trajectory. Conceived to address FIFA’s specific needs, this limited-edition Big Bang model chronicles every decisive moment of each match for the referees as well as its wearer—wherever in the world they may be.

While football enthusiasts across the world have likely prepared by adjusting their schedules, the Big Bang Referee 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia is conveniently equipped with features specially attuned to the event, such as an application that announces matches 15 minutes prior to kick-off and notifies its wearer of yellow and red cards, player changes, and goals. The watch’s dial can also show the match’s statistics, such as scoring, number of cards, player substitutions, match time, and other turning points of the game.

Boasting many of the physical attributes of the Big Bang watch, this timepiece is made with lightweight titanium and offers a selection of 32 “fan dials” inspired by the flag colors of every participating nation, as well as two neutral dials. A total of three straps are provided with each kit: Hublot’s black natural rubber strap, FIFA’s sponge cuff strap, and an additional strap in the colors of the wearer’s chosen country.
